Been here multiple times. Pizza is so good. The lady that runs the place is super nice, they’ve just had some staffing troubles in the beginning. Once they are open later at night and on the weekends we will eat there much more often. I’d ignore the negative reviews here, it’s better than the olde mall days (which I liked anyway)

I went here a little over a week ago and the pizza was pretty good. I tried to come back, and they were closed in the middle of the day. Things happen, I went someplace else.I tried to give it another shot over the weekend. Closed. And the gas station staff told me they are closed on weekends. (When they notice me standing at the counter glancing around). Weird. I guess they forgot to update their hours on their menus, online, and left all the lights on.I gave it a third try today. Middle of lunch rush. Empty counter. That's three attempts to spend my money. And three rejections. And all I can tell is the owners don't care. All I see is a copy and paste response to negative reviews. But no ownership of the problems. If employees clearly don't want to work here, there is no management to take responsibility and step up in a man-hours shortage, and the owners done have enough pride to even care to turn off the lights and put up a sign that they are closed. We are at an entirely new level of "phone it in". If you can't be bothered to care about your business to even that minimal an extent, then how do I trust you to care about the expiration date on your produce, your food cleanliness, food safety, or to engage in a trustworthy transaction of funds?

Took a little while for this place to get started up, but now the hours are as advertised, food is great (as Sbarro should be) and staff are friendly and helpful. Earlier reviews are before they were fully staffed unfortunately. This place is very convenient (or will be again after SR 32 construction is finished)... i suggest to give it a chance.

Disappointed. 6pm on a Friday and they aren't taking any orders due to closing early? Come on...

It was a Saturday about 2pm and they were closed, I guess. No one was back there, nothing being cooked. They are inside of a gas station by lots of construction but they should have a sign if they are open or

Pizza is good. Rating 2 stars because they have weird hours that they choose not to abide by anyway. They are never open it seems.

This place does.not stick to their hours. I went there Sunday and was supposed to be open, but was not. Its pooprly managed just like the VP deli was. I won't be going back!

Send out coupons to promote business and says hours are 6am-9pm and at 7:30 pm they aren't taking anymore orders.. ridiculous

Before everyone comes at me for giving Sbarro 4 stars, I'm judging this as "pizza in a gas station from a known chain".That said, a slice shop selling a cheese slice for less than $4 is a-okay for what it is. Pizza is tasty, fresh. Yeah its greasy but it isn't as greasy as other cheap pizza like Costco. It isn't destination dining for sure. But if you're a worker in this area or you are running errands and want a quick bite, this will scratch that itch for sure. There is not a lot of signage outside indicating that this is a Sbarro, but it is here within the existing Village Pantry. But as far as I can tell, this is a full on commercial kitchen and at least the pizza products are being made on site.
