They were helpful in making sure I used my stars before they expired for the first time ever!!Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place! They are so nice and friendly. They help them pick out drinks and are great at making suggestions.
I happened to be in Noblesville on business and stopped in here for the drive home. The seating area is smallish but comfortable. The cashier rung up my drink wrong. (I use my own cups.) But was really nice about redoing it so I got the rewards. Very nice exchange and well done. Drink was good. Got it fast. Overall typical Starbucks experience.

Insanely busy yet staff are always pleasant and you'll never be waiting for more than a minute or so. Only thing I can say that isn't great would be the prepackaged meals you take home.
