This location should not be visited IMO. I simply wanted to order a combo meal through the drive through and move on. The person who was at the drive through is practically yelling back when an order/questions are being placed and/asked. I had to drive away to the window.Once at the window it seems the Joke is ok the customer as everyone seems to be laughing and looking my direction. I asked what was so funny and tried to just pay for my food. Upon getting my credit card back it appears that the entire store wants to veer at me. I then have to ask what’s so funny and could I speak to a manager. I was told there wasn’t one and her name was “Nicole.” I also tried to explain to the employee that it’s very loud at the speaker and seems that no one wants to listen to a customer who is simply asking for explanations on the amounts of a substitute. They could not be bothered and seemed annoyed. The order taker informs me she’s sick and has to be here. I find that extremely disturbing as you’re serving food to customers!!! Can’t be serious.I get my food without condiments. Typical these days.I call the number on the receipt to make a complaint and inform them of the issue at the speaker.The manager gets on the phone- it’s the lady who told me she was sick. Imagine my surprise when I try and ask her questions. She proceeds to tell me how she has to pay bills and doesn’t have health insurance and how I’m not empathetic to her situation. For starters, that’s not my problem as a customer ordered at the drive through. However, now I have serious concerns with eating the food ordered as she clearly stated she was sick and had to be at work. Because who else is going to pay for her car, food, bills etc. I told her that I don’t need all that and to not try and make a customer have a guilt trip for simply ordering a meal. Take that up with Steak N Shake.The audacity to blame a customer for ordering food and wanting a simple explanation on the price of his meal when there was a substitution for a drink to a milk. I can certainly tell you I will make this a conscious decision between the next options I have on ordering from a fast food chain.Also, of note- she told me she has no regional manager and that is her store by herself.

The manager at the Noblesville location was extremely welcoming and helpful to everyone who came into the restaurant, something rarely seen today. It was a very pleasant experience.

Food was pretty good. Service is very weird. The idea of the kiosk leaves much to be desired. There isn't options for everything and it's much more difficult to input your order. There is no mustard or Tabasco, on the burger or out for you to grab yourself.

this was the last straw! everytime I go to have food picked up they miss items I have ordered. I like the restaurant but it seems the quality of the food and service have gone down hill bad. workers are not paying attention to all items being present. everytime something is missing from my order. the employees need to learn to do their job properly. if the company doesn't see to the employees doing their job, then it's time to lower your prices and make things right. bad service. bad employees and managers!

They have really gone down hill. I hate that there are no servers, and you have to order from a kiosk. I prefer a personal experience when I dine out. I am guessing that is the reason that so many have closed down. I doubt that I will ever return.

Not clean. Tables are usually dirty. Everything is self-serve. Usually a stack of dirty trays at the trash receptacle. Food is actually not bad, it's too bad every other aspect of the restaurant has declined. Stick to the drive thru.
