I used to work at the location in Carmel I left due to finished my degree. Still come to tropical smoothie in Noblesville on my lunch break and the staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful and very nice! The food and smoothies are great! The staff, however, are not the quickest. Every time we go to the drive thru we are easily waiting 15 minutes so don’t come if you’re in a hurry!

Only had 1 positive experience at this location since it opened. The last 2 times ive gone, nobody helped me in the drive through so I had to go inside and then i felt like a huge inconvenience to the staff. The smoothies are great, if you can get one.
