3/16 i ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches as I often do- I was given burned up black ⚫️ sausage pattirs and a runny undercooked eggg with shells in it??. Contacted the store to only get an answering machine or voicemail service.

Food was okay. Only barely warm. Cute Valentine's decorations ?.
Our server was clueless - we waited over 20 minutes at our table, to place our order. Could have gone through the drive-thru or got carryout, eaten it and been finished; before we actually received our food for dine-in almost 40 minutes after we got there. There were only 3 other tables being used in the restaurant, were not busy - just too busy socializing with the other 2 servers.

I was very disappointed. There were no tablecloths or decorations on the tables. I was told to expect both and candles too. It was just another day at White Castle. So disappointing for Valentines Day. They also had people just walking in so there was nothing special about the evening.
