The two gentleman who served up our take out tonight (3/30/24) were great. We've had Yats many times at different locations over the past 10+ years and this was some of, if not the best we've had (and one of us is pregnant and feeling extra particular about food lol). Drunken chicken, maque choux, Alexio, and CC with crawfish. All extra good. Bread was ??? as well. Wish HTC had a bigger sauce selection like other locations though.

Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to place an order for 11 people this morning for a pickup. I tried calling the Yats @Hamilton Town Center for over an hour this morning ( March 13, 2024 ) so that I can place the order. I tried clicking on the order online button but this is not working and results in a broken white page that gives no information at all. Can't order online this way.My troubleshooting self decided to try the ordering links for other stores close by (Fishers for example) and they worked with no problems. I tried calling the other stores (Fishers for example) and someone picked up almost immediately when I called. But these are so far away when you are in Noblesville and want a quick pickup for a team lunch. Is it even realistic to be driving 20 minutes one way to Fishers to pick up food? No! But we did it anyhow!The fine gent at the Fishers location suggested I order through doordash and use their pick up service. But when I did the items we wanted to order were not available on the menu. Things like Mushroom etoufee or White vegan chili which is almost always available at almost all locations I have been to in Indiana.What an absurd and frustrating situation.After reading DoorDash reviews it seems like this location just doesn't answer their phone at all. It seems like their bread isn't being buttered correctly, or enough, and that their rice is overcooked and their portions are smaller than any other Yats out there. YOu have to care to provide good service. The folks at this store obviously do not!Where are the owners?!!Please, fix your Noblesville website link so orders can be placed.Make these people answer the phone, or hire some that will, or fix your ringer so it isn't turned off or fix whatever the reason why a ringing phone isn't answered before lunch of a Wednesday!!! (There are messages on the voice mail that have completely filled up the system and new messages can not even be left. What sort of restaurant does this?!)We ended up ordering from the Fishers location and drove out to pick it up from our Noblesville business. Literally passing the Noblesville Yat's store on the way.Disgrace. Sad, sad disgrace! DO BETTER!
