I was traveling home today on Ironwood road in South Bend. One of your drivers decided to cut me off by speeding up To get in front of me because he had to turn. He easily could have slowed down, gotten into the lane behind me, and then turned off Ironwood onto SR23. Instead he decided to cut me off while displaying a big sign that said Dine-in delivery service! This was a red Chevy with license plate YCK-236. Being a rude and aggressive driver while advertising your company's name surely doesn’t help bring customers to your business! This left a negative memory in my mind and you now have one less potential customer. In addition, I’ll tell all my circle of contacts!

Always good. No issues.Yes it is more expensive, but we are paying for the convenience and delivery.

DineIn Delivery has to be the premier restaurant delivery business in Michiana. Their drivers are professional and the food gets to me hot. Better than all the other delivery services.

Delivery from restaurants all over the region. Food always arrives hotter and fresher than any other Delivery service. Been using them almost 20 years and they're the best of their kind.

They charge more than the actual restaurant menu prices and they charge outrageous delivery fees and then have you sign their phone with a tip note.... It is, what it is...

Company needs to redesign their website to give live order status and tracking for your food...like you know, every other food delivery service out there. It's not that hard to do. They will call you by phone personally to tell you your order status, and you are just left waiting around in radio silence wondering if and when your order will come for the rest of the time. In my experience with this company, even if you are ordering from a place 10 mins away and getting just a simple burger and fries, set aside about 1.5 hours of wait time for your food. Yes, it will take that long - sometimes longer.

One of the items i ordered was out of stock so i got a phone call to choose another option. It turns out the item i chose was unable to be delivered as well so I got another phone call to choose a 3rd option. The driver was unable to find the property I was staying at using gps so i attempted to direct him but he did not know where he was and did not listen when i told him where to go. When i finally received my food it was cold.

I use DineIn a few times a week for lunch and the service is always amazing. They keep their delivery cost lower than most and is a local company.

Was going to use their services however their phone line and false advertising made me reconsidered. Called to verify they would deliver due to Uber Eats and door dash being closed for the weather conditions. Wow on the phone the first option to place an order before a regular citizen can get to place the order you hear “if you are PHARMACEUTICAL REP or calling to place an order for a large curly press one” Part of the reason why were in the problem of the pandemic is because pharmaceutical companies our corrupting our health system especially when they order food to take to doctors offices to push the medication they are selling. In any other setting that would be bribery because as someone who has work in a doctors office they also bring gift cards in addition to food which is sometimes even extremely expensive food not just subs from subway. So sad to see right off rip what this company contributes to. To their website queens to have the lowest prices in the area however when I compared my door dash receipt for the same restaurant it was marked up by almost $1.50 more per item. In addition to the seven dollar delivery fee so there claim to have the cheapest prices in the area for the industry is a lie as well. Stuck at home working mandatory overtime hours remotely I will just wait until 8 PM to go get some food where I’m not being ripped off.

I’ve never ordered from dine in, however numerous times I’ve seen their delivery drivers pick up orders. To assure all ordered items are in the bags they pick up from the restaurants, drivers have literally taken the packaged orders out of the bag and OPENED THEM for examination to see if the order is correct. With all the concerns about sanitation in todays world, who would want a stranger opening up containers and breathing on their food. Yuck!!!

I’ve been a long time loyal customer of Dine-in since 2004, at least but hadn’t used them for a while because I moved to Niles. While the pandemic kept us at home I was over the moon ecstatic to learn that they deliver to Niles. I used their service a few times and each time it seemed unusually expensive, but I was so happy to have food from some of my favorite South Bend/Mishawaka/Granger restaurants that I didn’t really mind too much. That is until the other day when I placed an order for just my teenage daughter from Hacienda. This is an order that I place often to pick up on my way home from south bend using their online ordering for carry-out This order comes out to $12 and some change every time, With tip I always pay right about $18. Today my daughter asked for hacienda but I had no need to go to IN so I decided to have it delivered. When I obviously knew that it would be a bit more due to the delivery charge but when I looked at the checkout screen, I was so surprised at the cost that I decided to check Haciendia’s site to see if their prices went up. Nope. But Dine In sure is charging about 25% more for food items than Haci charges on their online ordering platform. And that’s before the $9 delivery fee. I realize that they need to make money to continue to operate, but $9 plus 25% of the order seems a bit extreme that plus a decent tip for the driver who relies on tips to survive would have left me spending nearly $40 for a meal that costs less than $13. Convince is expensive, but not $30 expensive. They drivers have always been polite, quick and personable and I enjoy the service, but I refuse to allow myself to be taken advantage of especially now that there are a number of other delivery services who aren’t nearly as expensive.
