I typically come for breakfast. Seems the morning shift is pretty great. Always very friendly and personable serving with a smile. I did suggest once to put the operational hours on/near the drive-thru speaker, because there's no indication they are open/closed when at the speaker and was told they can't due to corporate. I feel like this is a lazy answer. If it's true, then they should submit that as a suggestion to corporate to change it. Or as an independent franchise consider an exception for the local market.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals.Parking: Free-standing building with it's own parking lot.

I’d give zero stars if it was possible. They actually need a negative rating. They are the slowest, rudest, and most incompetent people/restaurant I’ve ever been to. How hard is it to make a double cheeseburger?! I TRY to get one before work, every now and then, when McDonald’s is too busy. Of course there’s NEVER anyone in line at this place, or is there is, it’s one or two cars. And then it takes them 20+ mins just to get a couple of cars through the drive thru! Every time I stop here, my burger is cold, and the buns are stale. Not to mention the totally incompetent service received. Today, there was 1 car at the window, and I was trying to order, but had to wait so long to get my order taken, I had to leave to get to work. So once again I didn’t receive service. This happens A LOT! I think they purposely do it just to get out of working. It’s the only thing I can think of, because people can’t REALLY be that incompetent! HIRE & TRAIN BETTER! I won’t spend any more money here. I’m tired of getting screwed every time.

The slowest Burger King I have been to in my 30 year life thus far. The girl taking the order literally did not listen to a single thing my fiancé was saying. It was getting quite annoying because we were very specific on what we wanted nothing special everything as it comes just literally not paying attention at all. We had to continuously repeat our order and it was every single item multiple times. Train your employees and if they don’t have the attention span to take an order especially in the drive thru. And dinner rush is not the shift to be training if they are clueless about the position how about trying front cash first not order take in drive thru. Haley is the name of the employee. The manager and her both seem absolutely clueless of what they are doing. Haley couldn’t even give correct change. The order was $19.09 and my fiancé gave her $20.09 and she was trying to give us 91 cents. You guys literally only had 3 cars in the drive though total and it took us probably 25 minutes to get from the screen to the window and Haley kept rolling her eyes for literally no reason. She forgot my daughters apple juice eyeroll she forgot my fiancés drink eyeroll and then didn’t give us straws and was rolling her eyes. Straight up rude and the manager that was turning her keys in today as her last shift it’s a great thing because she needs fired just laughing and cutting up with her. Worst experience ever

Went inside and they had to get someone to the counter because everyone was working drive thru the girl at the counter Haley was 100% rude and can’t pay attention did I say rude yes and she don’t listen at all she really needs a attitude adjustment or fired. Food well cold fries the rest was ok clean inside

Went to Bk at 7:45pm on Saturday evening, no other customers there. We were using a coupon for buy 2 whopper meals with large fry and drink. The guy at the drive thru and another woman wasn't believing me about the meals having large fries and drinks. We ordered 1 with cheese and it came up on the screen as plain, when I asked about it he said they would take care of it. When pulling around to the window he said "let me see this coupon," and the, "oh it does say large". I had already given him the code and it already gave us the discount. After sitting there for about 5 minutes he hands the sandwiches out and said the fries were still cooking. They made the one with cheese plain. when I got their attention, some young blond girl wanted to argue with me that I had asked for it plain. She went off shaking her head and mumbling something. I eventually got my food after over 10 minutes and the fries were put in large containers but was equal to small fry portions. I don't plan on visiting this location anytime in the near future.
