I love coming up here on weekend mornings. Sleepy little town, great donuts, great atmosphere! I will keep coming back!

I love these donuts but what's up with the hours?? It says online and on their front door hours that they're open but when I was there 20 minutes ago, no one is there. If there is an update for store hours it needs to be addressed on their door and on Google

Good donuts! The service is pretty good, too. It has a good location and charming atmosphere. I don't always trust Yelp reviews in Pendleton but this place is truly great!!!

Had very high expectations. We made a special family trip to treat the kids. $30 for 12 donuts and 4 drinks. The donuts were ok at best, the icing was runny and blah. Very cold in the building and very dim lighting. Our 6 year old that we call the donut queen didn't even finish hers. Which is extremely out of the ordinary. Service was good. That was about it. Pendleton location.not worth the 40 min drive.

I moved out of state two years ago. I have to stop here every chance I get. I don't even like donuts but these are simply the best.

First time visitor. Clean space. Staff member was very friendly and patient. A bit surprised when told each donut was limited to one icing and one topping vs. able to add additional toppings for additional cost. Lots of choices.

Gluten free donuts were advertised "on request" on the website. When I asked if there were GF donuts available, the cashier seemed annoyed that I had asked. I ate at QDD before I had to go gluten free for medical reasons, and was really looking forward to being able to enjoy them again. I'm used to getting told no GF options are available, but the rudeness of the cashier and misleading website left me really disappointed. My husband said the non GF donuts he got were good, though.

I am quite confused at this place. Came in and ordered two donuts. I assumed they were the hot and fresh cake donuts like the ones from my hometown as they are very popular. Come to find out after ordering she unzipped a large rack of trays, pulled out some donuts and topped them. They are served cold. The cake donuts are all pre-cooked.On a cold day I was really looking forward to those hot cake donuts. The icing doesnt melt and get sticky like I wanted. I am not sure the hype. I have near seen these ordered and NOT made in front of you hot and fresh as with many other places exactly like it across the country. I guess this is the cheaper concept. All in all they are good donuts just missing the hot and fresh piece. Im used to the crunch on the outside and warm center. Don't get me wrong, for a small town it's worth going to. Also, way less topping options than others.

Quack Daddy Donuts (QDD) is one of the top notch donut shops in all of NorthEast Indiana. They have some of the freshest ingredients. Their bread is always cooked to perfection, and it is never too dense, or too light. Their frosting is never hard or crusted over, and it always tastes great. This also goes for the chocolate and caramel sauce. You know how some people don't like super sweet chocolate? Or really bitter chocolate? This chocolate sauce is right in the middle of both of those. It couldn't get any better. It just melts in your mouth and coats your tongue with chocolate-y goodness. Their caramel sauce is very good too, it's identical to the chocolate, but caramel flavored. It melts in your mouth and tastes superb. They also always make your donut right in front of you. That just adds that personal touch that we want to feel in our food, figuratively of course. It makes you feel like they care, and that they always want you to have a great experience. I went there about a week after it first opened, and it was great. I ordered a chocolate donut, with chocolate sauce, and chocolate chips. I kind of love chocolate. I watched them make it, and I loved their customer service. The man that was making it made sure there was just the right amount of everything. He was so nice too, I was a little younger at the time, and he said, "Tell me how it tastes bud!" It was nothing special, but it felt good that he cared about how I liked it. If I can leave you with one thing, if you ever get donuts from QDD, you won't be disappointed one bit. -JW

This is a cute, quaint, local shop. The service was great. We loved the maple bacon donuts. The kids loved the strawberry icing. The prices are fair. We recommend this if you are looking for some place new to try out.
