This shop has terrible communication. Reached out to them for availability, they confirmed availability, so I sent them my order details and stopped searching for a provider for our events. I had to follow up with the shop owner on two occasions, only to be told two weeks before our event that they are booked and cannot complete our order. We are now scrambling to find a provider as most places won’t accept orders within two weeks of the event date. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Kelli was gracious in taking a last minute order for my daughter’s birthday party. There’s wasn’t much design discussion because we didn’t want anything super particular so I can’t speak to that process, but she was communicative otherwise. Everything came out perfect and the cake pops look great! Kelly even offered to drop them off at our house the morning of the party which we were very appreciative of.
