Another hour, another stop. It is located right next to the highway and that's nice. Restrooms needed attention and it's the first time in a while that I've hit the "yellow" button on the rating thingie. Two toilets needed cleaning and there were some towels that had missed the trash bin. Maybe just an off day? The front-line workers are friendly, polite, and respectful. Good service can help gloss over many drawbacks.I have not eaten from Godfathers in several years, and have fond memories of eating at the one that used to be on High School Road on the westside of Indy. It's probably not fair to compare that full-kitchen multi-dining room restaurant with the little seedy pizza oven tucked in the corner of Love's gas station, and it definitely pales in comparison to my nostalgia. This Love's has a dog park! It's pretty small, but it was perfect for our lab to run around and potty and stretch her legs while we made our lunch and got drinks out of the cooler. Bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of space in the lot even though they were busy.
