Order carside to go order was supposed to be ready at 851pm waited til 858 and finally went in, even though was supposed to be brought out to my car. Go in manager's standing in corner having a jolly conversation on her cell phone, about 5 people walk by me and don't ask what I need and then a employee gets the Manger who is still on her phone and then she says to person on phone she's got to go she's working and still no one has acknowledged me, I said is anyone working the carside and they said not after dark I was like well then it shouldn't let u order it and there is another car out there waiting. Very unprofessional and rude . Also I order extra sauce on the side that they charge for , yeah its not alot but it's the point I paid for it and didn't recieve it.

It is always a pleasant visit for my family and me.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was very patient with my 6-year-old grandson who is very easily distracted. She waited patiently for him to decide what he wanted to eat. I appreciate that.

Applebee's was the crave last night, I ordered the Four Cheese Mac + Cheese With Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders!! I recommend this dish 100% the pasta was cooked perfectly with the chicken tenders on top. It came bathed in a creamy sauce that's mouth watering! Overall it was a fantastic dinner that I would recommend.

Went here on Sunday for an early dinner. We ate at the bar. The bartender Kennedy was absolutely amazing. Girl was running around doing so much. Constantly checking on us and every other person in the bar area. I watched her help an elderly lady take her to go order to her car.Was some of the best customer service I have seen in a long while.I had a salad bc I really wanted one. My guy had a grilled chicken and shrimp. He said the chicken was cooked perfectly.

Food has gone downhill for a long time. It was my go-to place when my kids were much younger, but every time I went now? I was disappointed. Shame I used to love it. There have been too many changes in the menu, always making it cheaper food.
I ordered a bourbon mushroom and swiss burger with no onions. I got an over cooked burger with very few mushrooms, no Swiss, no sauce and it had onions. Wish I had a way to share pictures so you could see the comparison to what it looked like on the menu.
