I went to this location on Monday 01/29/2024 at 2:30pm. Brock was very kind when I came through the drive thru. Also, I ordered two fish sandwiches and they were both hot, fresh, and delicious. Great experience! Great job to all team members here.

Rude employees, especially the manager who wouldn't give her name. Rude to me because I tried to pick my online order up in the drive thru! Doordash can pick up orders in the drive thru but customers can't?? Well you should put that on the app Arbys to avoid your managers having to be rude to paying customers!!! General manager Brock will be getting a call about it!! I will be using the other Plainfield location from now on. Worth the drive for nice employees. I work in customer service and would never treat people that way. Also if you want customers to pick orders up inside maybe have someone at the counter, and not the friend visiting who they had more time for which is why my order was not ready I'm sure.

Terrible experience, very poor food quality for the price. Took awhile to get the teams attention that I was even at the counter due to everyone standing around talking and joking amoung themselves. When acknowledged, the customer service was horrible. The GM or manager duty was just as unpleasant. After paying $19.04 received cold, hard fries ,the roast beef was like rubber. At these prices I would expect the order would be hot and fresh. Unacceptable, will NOT be back.

They have a little boy (10/21/2023 @715pm) that like to run his mouth. Unfortunately one of these days he will “FAAFO” but basically ordered online. Arrived and told them we have a pick up. She pointed to the shake already made sitting there and stated the order will be placed there when ready.I asked for the shake to be made when the food was done and she said no “I just made it” (we were standing there for nearly 5 minutes) you could see it was already melted.I then said if you don’t want to remake it then I’ll take a refund…She got angry and walked off.Another employee said no refund…So I called the cops and guess what…. Got my refund!!!!But yeah that little boy is quite a chuckle. Thing looks like a tooth pick that got rejected ?
