After waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes and a line of cars forming behind me. I decided to pull around to the window and possibly order there, however the building looked completely empty except for one worker leaning on the counter on her phone ignoring the line of customers.

Guy making the food had jeans on that were hanging below his butt. Very disgusting. Girl in drive through was standing there, on her phone, paying no attention to who was inside, guy that rang up the order was very flat. After handing me the bag, he walked away. I had to get the attention of the girl on her phone so we could get condiments. This isn't the first time I've had terrible service. French toast sticks were inedible. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy. Biscuit was rock hard.

Best sandwiches I’ve ever had at any Burger King!!!!!!!! Both sandwiches were hot and had the right amount of condiments on them!!!! Was there during lunch on 2/23/24 the person cooking should get a raise, they deserve it definitely!!! Wish I was closer I’d eat there!!!!!

I had to wait 15 minutes for my food in the car and when I went to the inside, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I ordered seven BK wraps, and they missed one so I had to wait even more for them to make it again. The service was all quiet and awkward.If you’re coming here to get food, be aware, the food is great. As long as you tell him to get off the boiler make it fresh but the reason is sometimes they don’t listen so you have to make sure your food is great after you bite it and if it’s not, then you complain , this is not a great place. I’ve been living in Plainfield for about 20 years in Burger King. This one sucks so good luck on your adventure to go into this drive-through.

There's so much to say about this Burger King store I was a former employee I went through three general managers and every single one of them proved to be inefficient my first manager loved to gossip and say horrible things about her employees the next one would secretly clock people out and then clock them back in even though they were working and would mess with people's hours and would schedule shifts maybe only three people and now the latest GM loves to suspend her employees for a week. And heaven forbid if anyone makes a mistake they are getting harassed on the phone. Not to mention we are not allowed to sit down and take breaks for just a few minutes and one of the general managers that used to work for the store did not have the sewage cleaned for 4 years and the pipes burst and it was all over the kitchen and where we store our products and we still had to stay open even though the smell was unbearable and there was nasty dirty water all over the floor, and for me personally I was never shown how to do my taxes when I first started working there and I was 17 and now I have to deal with the IRS because either I messed up on my taxes or why the general managers that used to work there might have been messing around with people's taxes personally I would not support this store from how they treat their employees and especially with sanitation

do NOT eat here , they do not clean their hands properly . i was an employee here and they have people touching raw chicken and other foods without gloves and making sandwiches with the same hands without gloves . their store is DIRTY . they work their employees like slaves and do NOT let them get breaks at all . and are supposed to clock out and leave the store if they sit down for longer than 5 minutes . HORRIBLE STORE , ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Get The Good Stuff

They have good pickles. I get just their cheeseburgers. Flame broiled is the best tasting way. We went thru drive thru so unable to grade the atmosphere.
