Breakfast was appetizing while enjoying the atmosphere. Our complaint is the customer service was very minimal. Our waitress took our order and we never saw her again until later reappearing after our complaint to a manager.

Cracker Barrel is so great to RVers. They have a nice overnight parking area. We have stayed here twice. The breakfast is always excellent . Staff is always very friendly. Please RVers, keep it clean, and pick up after yourself and dog so Cracker Barrel continues to welcome us travelers.

Web site for carry out never works correctly, always shutting down in process, freezes up, have to verbally order in store if wanting to go which is good, little cold,,,, most team members up front don't care obviously, you can stand for 20 minutes before even recognized

New employee didn’t know the menu and confirmed, entered and delivered wrong food item. Gave the clarity to a manager and he still got it wrong again. 3 times later it was corrected. Probably could have provided better service than that.
