I made a huge mistake today and put 11:15pm on my order of 15+ pizzas for 11:15am...the girl who was working by herself, had no issues and told me to give her 20mins and she would have it ready. I was absolutely floored by her kindness and understanding. She worked her butt off trying to get my order completed all while having other orders coming in at lunch time. (again...all while working by herself) She was so kind, smiled and never hinted that she probably wanted to strangle me. THANK YOU SO MUCH for you hard work today, you made me and about 25 warehouse workers very happy!

Ordered online they called 10 minutes later said they didn't have mushrooms for my pizza or sandwiches didn't offer anything but had already took my money got home pizza was burnt and sandwiches were terrible won't be back till they make it right with me just FYI be careful with dominoes pizza in Plainfield they ate going down hill fast maybe need new management or employees or both terrible

Ordered ahead so it could be delivered at lunch hour. They waited until time of delivery and cancelled. No email, no text, a call that rang once and no voicemail left. I called back and waited 10 minutes for a person to pick up and then he told me the cancelled the order. This isn't the first time they've been terrible. Will just stick to any other pizza business I can find.

Ordered their carryout special. Not sure what I got. Didn't look like pizza. Cold. Looked precooked. Barely any cheese and barely any pizza sauce. Think it must have been taken out of cooler and not cooked. Tasted like cold crispy crust with very little topping. After 1 taste, needed to go in garbage can. Wasted money.
Kind of expensive, but I guess everything costs more now. Good pizza!

Ordered a Philly steak pizza, got it, looked at it before I left and saw what I thought was the right pizza because I saw onions and mushrooms and what I thought was steak. I get home (30 minutes away) open up the box and notice chicken and pineapple on the pizza. I tried to call the store twice with no answer and waited almost 15 minutes between the 2 calls. I decided to contact customer support and I went through the process of filling out the complaint twice, only for it to have an "error"
