AVOID. kelsey lied and said shes the mgr.. only when l insisted and asked for the real, gen, store, mgr, did she tell me she wasnt. so unprofessional . stated in front of other customers AND employees alike, that I was "stealing" bc l put ice in my cup.. she also wouldn't listen nor go look at her cameras to see the machine dripped orange stuff in my cup, so l dumped my soda out and re-filled it (with mostly ice).. she lost a $45 order bc of it, and has NO BUSINESS being at the counter.. kelsey is not managerial material at all.. as l was leaving, she refused to giv the mgr my business card l left for that expressed purpose. refused to giv me the locations phone #. abd refused to giv me the store number.. l came here bc the subs are decent, but this little girl was egregiously heinous and prejudicial towards me..AVOID.

Changing my review after chicken meatball sandwich had a meatball half burnt and crusted so hard it seemed old too. If one of the meatballs looks extremely dark, don't take a bite out of it. Had another bad one, taking to the store to show them.

Staff and atmosphere were phenomenal. Sandwiches lacking some flavor and pricey compared to competitors.... but.... still worth a try.

I have eaten here twice and have been very pleased each time. The food is great and filling. I also purchased a couple of five gallon buckets and lids for $3 each, which goes to support fire fighters. I will definitely return. The service has been friendly each time as well.

Stood there waiting for 10 minutes. No one said a thing to me. They were making sandwiches, but you can at least greet your customer. A gentleman came in about 8 minutes after me and the staff 2 feet from me(the whole time) asked him if he had an order, but continued to ignore me. I love Firehouse subs! The restaurant closest to me in Speedway closed. I was in Plainfield and decided to pickup dinner for me and my partner. Another restaurant got my business!

Reliable place to eat, the layout inside this one is a bit rough. No good place for the line to form, have to cross the line twice to get a drink, seating is tight. That said those are minor complaints, service was good, food was good, will be back.
