This was my favorite Hardee's but it has fallen down. From being closed at 6pm on a weekend to just terrible food service and food quality. I just spent over 8 dollars for a quick dinner and I couldn't eat it. Fries cold and tacos wet, cold, and taste like they have been sitinf all day. Tried the chicken wraps messy and gross all sauce and no customer were in the drive thru or inside and still had to wait for messy sub par food. I won't be going back to this establishment again.

Hardee's breakfast is superior to any other fast food breakfast out there in my opinion. The employees always working at 5:30am is so pleasant, with a bright cheerful smile & remembers my order each week (stop once a week for my weekly indulgence). I don't have to ask for Splenda or anything as she knows what I want/need. A+++++
Trevor was awesome. Great customer service and a positive attitude. Hardee’s is one of my favorite places to eat and I usually get my food and go. Trevor made the visit worth it !

So I lived in Plainfield for over 10 year and have never ate here until this morning. Honestly the tots were a little cold and the sprite was completely flat and I was given a wrong sandwich. The experience has ruined my thoughts of this supply chain. However the personnel were nice and kimd.
