I have been ordering my husband lunch from this place for years so yesterday I ordered him lunch and they didn’t put any meat inside the sandwich like humans we all make mistakes so I called to let them know the manager gets on the phone and tell me she personally made the sandwich and she did put me on the sandwich I said I have no reason to lie. I paid over $17 for a sandwich so the man came in brought back a sandwich with meat on it as he was very rude, the manager was very rude and I would never buy another sandwich from this Jimmy John’s just because I’m black don’t mean I have to lie Good day

Love Jimmy John's for a quick lunch fix. Easy to grab and go. Occasionally, they miss pickles, but overall, it's fresh and tasty. Despite minor slip-ups, I'll keep coming back.

Great service they never mess up my orders and they are always on time or sometimes even way before the estimated time granted they are very very close to my job but still very fast service. I would recommend them any day of the week.

Been coming here daily for 6 weeks while at work. Staff is always quick to take my order and get my food. Kylie is extremely helpful got me signed up for rewards points after second time seeing me and always has a smile , welcome greeting. Would recommend.

Took food 40 minutes for the food to show up when I'm 3 minutes away and there are only 3 tomatoes on one of the sandwiches and bread got soggy for it sitting to long

I have had a couple issues when placing orders the past couple times I’ve used the app that were entirely my fault, including one where I sent my order to the wrong location. Johnny the manager was extremely helpful in both instances to help me out and get my orders fixed. I always appreciate the manager taking his time to help out a customer in the middle of the lunch rush.

I spent 18 dollars for a large beach club. It was awful. The tomato they use must be fertilized by fish bone meal. I could taste fish , and the tomato juice mixed with the mayo and avacado so I couldn't just take it off.

No longer expect a greeting from the person taking my order at any fast food place anymore, but turning a back to me while handing me my receipt and cup is a new low. No customers, no job.
