I hate to leave this because the food is good for the most part and it’s convenient and inexpensive. But like some restaurants, this KFC is poorly managed. The manager there is extremely rude and very unprofessional and she’s willing to serve unfit food to customers. THANKFULLY there is an older lady there that’s willing to take her time and make sure customers orders are correct. But the manager that’s there during the midday is horrible!

Had to order via the machine since no workers were coming to the registers. So I couldn’t use my coupons. The food is good though, and the place is clean and it’s a very nice atmosphere. They definitely need more staff.

Order the 2 piece dark lunch with fries. Chicken was extremely small and grease soaked. Fries were cold and biscuit was hard as a rock. Never again.

Employees were nice and the building looked freshly remodeled, and it went straight downhill after that. When we got home we saw they forgot the gravy, the biscuits you could skip across a lake and the coleslaw was weirdly dry. The corn looked like it had been under a heat lamp since 2023, but the green beans weren't to bad. The chicken we ordered was half regular and half extra crispy. It was the darkest I have ever seen their chicken. It's really to bad. I would like to mention we ordered at 508pm, you would think it would be somewhat fresh.

Can't speak for some of the others I've encountered, but her and the two fellas ALWAYS honor my request, my service is prompt, and I don't have any issues. I literally ONLY go to this location because of her and the two guys! Otherwise, I'd drive to Avon!!

Chicken and tenders was old and disgusting, gravy looked to be old, only good thing was the soda! Service was not good, I literally watched them throw fries that was already cooked and returned for being old back in the fryer instead of making new! Gross!

Avoid this location. We have tried it twice and both times we had unpleasant experiences. The first time they messed up our order. My husband called and explained what was wrong. They hung up on him. I called back and asked for a credit since they forgot an item. She told me I had to come back with the receipt to get a credit then hung up on me. We contacted corporate and they gave us a voucher so we went back today. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come up to the counter to help me. Everyone was very rude. Our order was still messed up.
