been a long time since lv been to a Long John Silvers and this location has hot, fresh, delicious fish and shrimp ~ every time..stocky guy w/the beard (actually theres 2, l think the shorter one is the mgr? but hes Always working! giv him a raise..)staff is friendly and they work in team fashion to make the food quick..5 stars easy..Parking: easy lot right off rt 4O
I'm not sure who the guy was in charge when we dined here today but he had an amazing, welcoming personality! First, he was helping an elderly lady order her meal since she was having trouble hearing. Then he raved about how a young teenage boy employee was a dedicated worker after the boy made a tiny error during our order. He ran out to help a guy with his order that was taking an extra minute. Stop and got my wife and I dinner after work. Ordered fish shrimp and chicken patters with fries and Cole slaw got the dinners on 4 19 24 at 3:45 pm. Waited 20 minutes to get meals drove 20 minutes home thru Friday night traffic to find out they didn't put any cole slaw in bag with the dinners. They charged me for two but didn't give them to me.
