I placed an online carry out order of four large pizzas for my family, all pizzas with special instructions due to different allergies. When I got home and looked at this pizzas they were disgusting. One very specifically with no onion. After opening the box there were TONS of onions. It’s the same story with the rest of the pizzas. After attempting to contact the store I was left on hold for an hour with no one ever coming to the phone, even after attempting to call multiple times. After placing another order, my kids decided to deal with the absolute trash that was made for them. I then attempted to reach out and cancel the order, once again no answer. After being called by the store asking if I was coming to pick up my order. I told them I was not and sat on the phone for an hour trying to tell them. I was then told by a man named Judd that if I was not going to pick up the pizza, he would call the cops for me placing a “fraudulent order”. This is the WORST Papa John’s in Indiana. I’ve had several issues of not fully cooked food with this store before and this is it. If you are the owner or manager of this store you should be ashamed. Papa John’s corporate has been made aware of this.

Manager with the white hair is extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand working customer service in restaurants is tough but you don’t have to be rude and make snarky comments to people who are being polite. Extremely disappointed in the guys attitude. Very poor manners.

Delivery order so under cooked - 2 large pizzas and order of breadsticks raw. Charged for dipping sauces not delivered but ordered. Pizza delivered 10 minutes after order placed, not a good sign. Frozen pizza takes longer to cook...... Not delivery Dijorno? YEP!

After reading these reviews I cannot even partake in this establishment, I'm ashamed of this papa johns location it should be shut down! Definitely not up to company standards whatsoever. Just ew.

Just trying to figure out how I can order a BBQ chicken pizza and there was no sauce or cheese. I had to call twice because the first time they took the phone off of the hook and then hung up. The second time I called, I told him what happened and his response was "I don't know what you're talking about."I'm sure you don't... He didn't have a driver to send the pizza to make up for it, so I was credited the cost of the pizza, thanks for that.Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. To the employees working if you hate your job so much, find something else to do. Stop taking your frustrations out on the customers, we didn't do it, your life choices got you here. I should have done my research before ordering and I wouldn't be frustrated with myself. I hope this helps one person.

Papa johns is my favorite, but this has to be the worst pizza I have gotten, my pizza and my garlic knots are burnt. The pepper was under the cheese to everything literally slid off, and it wasn’t cut properly so it is ripping in half. Probably won’t be ordering from this location

? NEVER AGAIN ??????????I ddnt want to leave the details originally because I was afraid the manager or workers would retaliate, but I think enough time has passed now. Long story short - my delivery was wrong and I called in. The manager was clearly mad at me for calling. Several hours later, my correct order finally arrived. I was then stomach sick sooo bad for days and I have a feeling my pizza was tampered with in some way because I had the audacity to call n and politely insist that they send me what I had ordered

We ordered one Pizza at 5:12 pm and after 2 hours we called to ask when we would get it, the associate said that there are no orders placed for my address. I checked my credit card and it showed 2 charges from PapaJohns from this Plainfield location. When I called the location to speak with the manager, each time they picked up the call but nobody was talking. A third time they actually hang up on me. I was charged twice but never received a pizza!!!!

Never received my order. I was polite and asked for the order to be delivered instead of a refund, things happen. Never received the order after over an hour. Called the store again and the lady said it was out for delivery. 25 minutes pass, (I live 4 minutes away) I called back to ask for a refund and the lady hung up on me.
