Quiznos is my FAVORITE sub place, and I didn't know they still exist until I drove by this place!I have a food allergy that requires me to review ingredients, and most places give me a hard time about it. I went in yesterday, and the man working was extremely helpful!!! He went above and beyond to provide me all the information and accommodations I needed!I will gladly make the 30 minute trek back here for more subs soon!

I love Quiznos. But this place was horrible! Very rude people. Very dirty inside the restaurant. The indian lady making my sandwich was extremely rude! I asked for a little more sauce on my sandwich she said you will pay extra! Food tastes rotten!

This is the last Quizno’s in Indianapolis and they’ve been around since 2001! I’ve been here a handful of times and each time it’s been a pleasant, nostalgic, and easy experience. The woman who makes the sandwiches is always respectful and we have positive small talk. Her daughter always cashes us out and is very polite and nice as well!Their ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches taste EXACTLY how they used to when I was younger and the prices/portions are fair.I’ve seen some of the other reviews for this location lately and can say confidently that my experience had been COMPLETELY different when I come here to satisfy a craving. I think respect goes both ways and this is a family franchise that is trying their best in being the last Quiznos in Indy. Kindness is reciprocal with any food service/customer service interaction and here is no different!10/10 location and incredibly grateful that they’re still around for us Quizno’s fans!

I LOVE QUIZNOS!!! Not too many of them are open. I was in the mood for a great sandwich!! Looked them up on Google maps it stated the store opened at 10AM, I got there a tab but AFTER 11AM, and the server is doing this little gesture like they're not open. Which I was confused because it stated it open at 10AM even had the open and closed times on the door like most restaurants do!!! I was HIGHLY disappointed haven't been back since.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If there was another Quiznos around I would've quit going here a long time ago. I've given them so many chances. The attitudes of the woman/owner? & the cashier are awful, Strike 1! They don't put enough sauce on the chicken carbonera sandwich so I have been argued with on that point several times, Strike 2! They accused me of passing a counterfeit $50 bill even though she has seen me in there for a couple of years. She made me buy it back. It was real, i took it to the bank, had a good laugh, Strike 3! Now, this is it! Strike 4! I'm done. They charged me $2 extra for my 8" sub, $12! She claims $1 extra for veggies added, so I said oh ok if you're charging me extra then give me the amount of sauce that should be on the sandwich since you've charged me extra. So she charged an extra $1 for "extra sauce" too. I'm completely done with this restaurant. Please Quiznos bring a different restaurant owner near me.

I arrived at 5:35 p.m., and they were closed. Most people are looking for food from 5 to 8 pm. But the hours are set from 10 to 6. Why are they even open? Maybe they could open one closer to Indy??
The way the treated you like they are not happy you are there… I don’t like it. I drove 30 min. Bcoz I love Quiznos but I think that was my last visit. # smile matters. First time I saw staff not happy with customer to be at their place.especially owner I think.

Well first the lady taking my order made it seem like us being there was an inconvenience and secondly they are scamming. The cashier stole my debit card information and added it to her Apple Pay and tried to steal money from my account . Made a police report immediately after. Everyone who worked 10/7 around 5pm needs to be fired.

It’s a shame for the owner to let this issue slide ..just like every other comment on here the customer service is very terrible the ol lady making the sandwiches has horrible attitude it’s like she’s pissed why did a customer come in..On a serious note owner need to get rid of her ASAP!

This place is terrible! I’ve been twice and I will never step foot in there again. Both times the staff was extremely rude and very sparse with the toppings. I asked for onions and the woman put no more than 3 tiny slices on it. Then when I asked for more she gave me the rudest look as if she had a line of customers to save the ingredients for. The place was completely empty besides me and it will continue to stay empty with the kind of staff that’s in there. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The employees don’t look like they are even happy to be there and I assume it’s the owner. I tried to get onions and other things on my sandwich in which I would have been happy to pay for but the lady wrapped my sandwich up so fast after she told me to go to the other end for the toppings. I would eat Subway before I eat at this location! I have never given a review on food but this place is not even mediocre. The owner will run that place to the ground if she keeps it up. This is not a great Quiznos location at all!
