Food good. Wanted a shake. Machine down. Usual fast food predicament. Just don't ask for shakes.. so said no drink. Was asked with a confused pause. Are you sure? You're paying for it. So we said yes large coke is fine.So we get home and I drink my drink. Cups dirty. Like someone decided to pick one up out the trash can and give it to me or there's coffee grounds in the coke but either way it shouldn't be in y cup just because I wanted a shake and it was late or it was down either way. Still food is good as always. Not complaining. I already drank the entire thing before I realized what was in my cup. I had the lid off that's how I saw it. Guess you can't add pictures or I would. I'll give 5 stars for the food and the friendliness especially to my girlfriend since she's pretty but I don't appreciate the way I was treated and no. No I won't be going back to this location again. I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't play about food. That's a personal thing. You take pride in your food and others otherwise you shouldn't be employed around food. Plain and simple. I might just start staying home eating at home because fast food workers have no respect for us hardworking maericans.

The two employees I just dealt with are some of the rudest and most disgusting individuals the service industry has to offer. They shouldn't be handling food and dealing with people. I wouldn't want them picking up my trash.

I absolutely love Rally's! My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich! It's definitely a go-to comfort food! And the fries are always hot ( in my experience)

Order was quick except the wings which they made fresh so I have absolutely no complaints. Out of most of the rallys I've visited between Indianapolis and terre haute, this location is one of the top locations.

Always feel like being here or any Rally's anymore the person at the window just sees us as another bother to their most important time. Ordered the two for 4 rally burgers large fries and a chocolate and banana shake. Got two doubles with cheese plain and a banana shake and what was equivalent to a small fries. I knew it was going to be wrong before I ever even made it to the window simply at the speaker it took three tries to get my order correct. And it wasn't for me saying it anyway that was wrong or unheard it was just simply putting in the wrong item on the cashier end. Then after taking back to double cheeseburgers to get the rally burgers the rally burgers are still wrong after getting them didn't even attempt to get to shake again well I explained it was wrong but never got it replaced so by the time I was in the window second time for corrections third time in total mind you during all this I'm the only car in the entire parking lot or drive-thru midday I finally just took what i had and left after being charged almost 12 to begin with. Final thoughts the food is no longer the taste quality it once was so it's no longer worth the mental fatigue to continue as a patron here or any other in the franchise.
