This place is clean inside, the kiosk is friendly to us when we order, the food came out quickly, the strawberry shake tasted good and the cook waived and said good by as we walked out the door.We were happy with our dine in.

Steak n Shake overall has gone downhill fast since the pandemic. They no longer have waitstaff, you order your food and pay for it at a kiosk. At least half of the tables were dirty at this location. I ordered a shake for my drink, and I was halfway through my Chilli 5 Way before they called me back to the counter for my shake. Like I said to my sister-in-law and her mom who was with me, I will get food at the drive thru, but I will never go inside a Steak n Shake again to eat.

Long time since we had been to a Steak ‘n Shake, as we live an hour away from the closest one. So this was all a shocker. No waitresses at this location anymore!! I believe the entire store was being run by 3 or 4 people. It’s ALL either kiosk or app ordering inside. You get a QR code to get your own drink (no clue if you can get a refill). They call your name, and you pick up your order.With that being said…it was honestly the best food I’ve ever received at Steak ‘n Shake. Prior to Covid, we had quit stopping in there because service was awful and food always greasy. This visit, our food was piping hot, name called quick, and food cooked perfectly!My daughter and I enjoyed our impromptu lunch!!!
