Ordered two sandwichesAsked for toasted, received plain.Asked for Italian herb and cheese bread, received plain.The meat on one sandwich tastes old/not fresh.Definitely would not go here again, and recommend that everyone avoids this location as well.

Why did I not read the reviews first?? Trying out the mobile app, saw a BOGO offer for footlongs. Awesome. My chicken onion teriyaki's were NOT toasted as requested, there was no cheese whatsoever, the chicken chunks were huge & just barely over the 'undercooked' threshold. There were several pieces that I just didn't want to chance eating, to be honest.And the Indian guy everyone's talking about... He's real. He brought the sandwiches to my car with a frown. I had to point out that I ordered chips & drink. He huffed back inside & basically threw those at me. No bag. This dude just has a bad attitude. You'll see.I will NEVER go back. Shouldn't have gone in the first place.
I went there to order subway and the Indian guy who attended to me was so rude and had a really bad attitude. This is not his first time doing that and myself and a couple of my colleagues had to stop going there.i thot their services would have improved but it is still bad. I never give bad reviews but today was so bad he basically threw my order at me.almost walked out but I was late for work and had no where else to make quick order.

Unfriendly service and bad sandwich building. No greeting or service skills. The owner/sandwich artist needs to go to school. Also, they don't take coupons or phone discounts. Just avoid this place unless you're Indian. :(

Do you like 'rainbow' meat? Meat that has spoiled, but they serve it up anyway because they're too cheap to throw it out. That's probably why you felt sick after eating it. All 3 subway locations in Plainfield are owned by people who don't seem to understand American restaurant culture. They don't accept coupons and their sandwiches are TOO EXPENSIVE without coupons, so we don't go. On the bright side, there are other good sub shops in town like Donato's and Firehouse. You can pay full price for rainbow meat, or find another sub shop. God Bless America!
Ordered a footlong turkey was going to get different toppings on each side. They wanted to charge for 2 six inches. Place sucks all ways trying to rip of customer's. Will never set foot in there again.

HORRIBLE! Management AWFUL! Ordered 3 toasted sandwiches and the footlong's cheese was burnt like a marshmallow. I asked if they could remake it so it wasn't burnt with hard bread. They refused. I said okay (wth) and said I would just take the other 2 than. They said no you will take all 3. I said that's okay, I don't want the burnt one. They refused to sell me just 2 sandwiches. I walked out with nothing. I'm still absolutely baffled as to how this played out. I will NEVER go to this location again. Do not support businesses in our town that operate like this.

Got my pick up order wrong and it made me sad: no condiments on one of the sandwiches (mayo & honey mustard) & put S+ P on when I didn't ask for it. Ordered and paid for cookies but they were not in the bag when I got it home. Tried to call a couple of times, but no one picked up the phone. Not worth the gas for my truck to drive out there again for the cookies. I hate it when I regret tipping...
