This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I order 8 tacos in the drive thru. When I got to the window they only rang up 1 taco. When I asked them to correct it. I was told to drive back through the line. I was the only one in line. I told them I was not driving back through the line when I am the only one in line and they messed up my order. Some trans kid with chipped off nail polish, who was making food with no gloves, claiming he was the manager told me it would take him 10 mins to make 7 tacos and I needed to drive back though the line. I told him I wasn’t driving back through. I asked him for the general manager name and number. This kid told me he was the GM and he told me to google the number. I asked again and then he asked me for my number. I asked for a refund and he told me how glad he was to give it to me and told me to get out of his drive thru line.So here I am on Google.

Might be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Staff was rude and forced every customer to use the self serve kiosk while there were at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing. One employee mumbled that my order was ready and proceeded to storm out of the building afterwards. I had no idea he had placed my food on the counter. It sat there for several minutes before I figured out what he had mumbled had in fact been the name on my order. This location was also out of forks/spoons so my wife had no way to eat her meal she ordered. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner really needs to reevaluate their staff.

Went to this location on Saturday 12/02/2023 at around 11pm. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, the young lady said, "Can I take your order?" As I opened my mouth to speak, she then says "We're only accepting card payments right now but other than that go ahead with your order." So I drove off and went to Arby's. Who doesn't except all forms of payment on busy Saturday nights? Too bad because with the amount of price hiking Taco Bell has done, probably would have been at least a $20-$30 order. It's a shame that Taco Bell prices have skyrocketed with no improvements to the food AT ALL. If anything, the food has gotten worse. Just one of the few restaurants open late. Wonder if the owner would be happy to know that you all are turning away money.

Bad service from managers attitude and disrespect. Out of pepsi.so I suggested to tell the manager.and both managers spoke up with attitude .we are the managers.so the 1 guy was real sassy .while I was placing my order with the lady..when I got to te window .he pushes two drinks on me ..and says..you'll take two.bad bad bad service. Won't be back

Our food was well prepared, not the least bit sloppy. It is an Operated By Kiosk Only Store. This was a Rare Occasion in that, I was paying with Cash. There are Many Shops that take Cash Orders at the Counter. No other customers were waiting, yet I stood there for several minutes going unnoticed. Finally a Young Man Pops his head around the Corner twice, then says, Ma'am use the Kiosk to place your order. I relayed to him that I am paying with Cash, he shrugged his shoulders, & disappeared. I asked, Does that mean you want me to go through the Drive-Thru to use my cash?! He walked up to the counter, gave me an 'Are You Stupid?' Look and says You order at the Kiosk, then you pay at the counter! His tone sorta erked me. I felt like he could've been more specific in his first statement. I think the store should have the Store Operating Procedures Posted for Other Dummies like me!!
Visited this location to grab a quick meal while traveling. Went inside and waited at counter to order. Was approached by employee who informed me they would only taking kiosk orders. Said thank you and left. I will not do anyone's job for them. I would rather not do business with them if that is my only choice.

I was refused service because I went inside and wanted to order at the register and pay cash. You can only use the kiosk at this location apparently which is strange because cash is accepted in drive thru. It's a little crazy that they refuse customers because they don't want to have a front register. Had I used the kiosk then how would they take my money?♂️
