Got a cake for my boss' birthday and when I arrived to pick it up there were a bunch of employees up front having personal conversation and I had to wait 10 min to even be helped. When I picked up the 2 layer cake it was already sliding apart and melting. Not the quality I was expecting. Would have given less stars but this is the only time Ive had this experience here. Usually they do a pretty good job but they really dropped the ball on this one with poor service and quality.
