Drove across the country from Vegas to PA this week with my dad. We were staying right next to bar 20 at the OYO and we didn't really want to eat there for some reason. After the bar across from it told us their kitchen closed at 9 (it was 8:57) we went to bar 20 instead.Boy am I glad we did!! My wife and I just stopped in for a bite and a beer. They are not "officially opened" yet as their grand opening is Friday. The owners have done a really nice job with the place, bringing new life to an old, abandoned Portage building. Great atmosphere, really good wings, cold beer and friendly bar tender and owner. As a first time customer, they took great pride and care of making sure things were correct. Ran out of an spirit and didn't charge me because it wasn't a full shot. They know customer service, and strive to be great at it. Bartenders were on top of my beers, not letting me go without. It is a smoking bar, but does not stink of cigarettes smoke.
