Our first time last night for Trivia night! What a cool Trivia host!!! We've never played before and had a blast and learned a few new things, really great fun! Great service and food was great too, be back next Thursday!

Best burger by far! It's the burger you dream about. Classic Cheese.Great appetizers and specials.Be aware. They will charge you much extra if you ask for some mustard for your burger-- yellow Frenchs mustard.In fact they will upcharge you for pretty much everything. Kinda like the Allegiant Airways of restaurants.

2 stars because their burgers are actually pretty good... moving on:Service was terrible as a whole. I won't blame my waitress completely because she's not cooking or making drinks. We'll start with drinks. On more than one occasion we ordered drinks and sat back as the bartender did anything but make drinks. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication issue between the waitress and him, but on every instance that she came by the table we would take that opportunity to remind her of our drink order that was still unfulfilled. Food, the burgers I have no complaints about. Appetizers as well, we ordered pretzels/cheese curds/egg rolls. All of them were good. The issue with the food was the duration, and accuracy of the order. Again, not sure if there was a miscommunication issue between the kitchen and the waitress. When the food came out, my 4 year old was the only one sitting there without a plate in front of him. I reminded 2 waitresses, only after the second time I mentioned it did someone notice that the order was still incomplete. 3 of our kids got the chicken tenders, and I must say that the oil might be old maybe, because they were really dark and the taste was just odd... the fries as well, our plates were covered in grease as if the fries came out of the oil and straight to a plate with all the excess oil.Lastly, the ambiance. If there was an abundance of people I would totally be understanding. However, there wasn't. When we were seated, there was 5 other tables(I counted). For this poor of service, and a lack of clientele it's just unreasonable. If they were overwhelmed with people I would maybe be a little more understanding. Overall because the burgers and appetizers were good, we chose a 2 star rating. But we'll never be back, give them a try so you can also scratch this off your "never come back" list

Love this place yes it's not cheap and I do not like paying a credit card service fee (I hate it but more and more places are doing it) but the burgers are fresh and melt in your mouth. I have yet to finish a whole burger so 16 to 19 dollars isn't bad in my mind cause I'm getting 2 meals. Great beer and ciders on tap and rotating selections and fabulous custom cocktails. Don't listen to the negatives and I have yet to have anyone be rude or impolite to me everyone has been overly friendly. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
