Kid-friendliness: So my daughter and her two friends went to the movies tonight. They got dropped off by one parent and we were gonna pick them up after they had dinner at bdubs after the movie. But bdubs denied them cause it was after 8pm. So is bdubs a night club sitter 8pm. My girls had to wait outside for a ride cause of this. I'm sorry but you'd rather have these girls outside then have them eat and spend money and be safe. This is kinda disappointing. I love bdubs but this is b.s. I guess our kids can't have fun on a Friday night anymore. I don't know if I'm exaggerating but wouldn't you watch out for this kids. It's not like it's midnight and adults only!!

We ordered Buffalo Wild Wings tonight via DoorDash. Our order came incorrect for the 3rd time, however, the problem lies with DoorDash and not the Portage Buffalo Wild Wings location. My reasoning for my five star review is strictly to commend their manager Paul for such genuine patience and understanding in trying to rectify the mistakes. The food that did come correct was delicious. I also advise that anyone who orders a specialized food order, to NOT USE DoorDash, or if you have too, call the Buffalo Wild Wings location directly after ordering to confirm that your order is understood.

I ordered 6 boneless wings & a regular onion ring. $6.49 for 5 onion rings..yes 5! How is that even possible? I recently ordered a panini at a restaurant for $12.49. It was twice as much as BWW's onion rings, but I got a sandwich, bowl of soup & more than twice the amount of onion rings! Don't plan on ordering the rings from BWW again

My boyfriend and I came in on Friday during the dinner rush and even though it was busy our waitress, Bailey was amazing. The service was great, as was the food. The manager, Crysta, showed what a good manager looked like by being out on the floor and helping her employees when it was especially busy. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was great, service not at all. My son had to wait over 10 mins after his food came out just to get his BBQ sauce to go with his wings he ordered. The waitress didn't even check on my table once, she'd walk by but unless I was waiving my hands at her she didn't even bother to come. Kind of disappointing because the food was great but the service just ruined it.

First time visit. Met up with my two sons for a traditional monthly dinner. Food was better than average, and the wings were very good. Fellas were pleased with the portions and preparation of their meals. We had a near great time. As a sports centric environment, it was loud for my taste, and even though I was enjoying the time with my sons, the service was a bit slow.
The bartender was HORRIBLE. Went during lunch and had a Togo order. Had 1 beer and waited over 30 minutes. She walked past twice and never offered another beer or made eye contact to say something so I could order another. She clearly didn't wanna be there.
