No fountain drinks as CO2 was out...wrong food recieved...didn't realize until I was home. 2 Associates working...remaining calm with a backed up line thru drive thru....1 manager losing her cool on her 2 employees who again kept doing their job and remained calm. Unprofessional way to handle a situation. I've given this BK too many chances to count, and every time it's a disappointment. This was my final visit to this location.

As soon as I pulled to the window the girl screamed learn how 2 speak English. Being Mexican myself I took that as very disrespectful and rude. And this was coming from a person who 1st language is English and yet couldn't speak proper English herself. Learn ur language 1st before u try 2 tell someone to speak English!!!

It's so dirty everywhere, from the floor to the tables. to the toilets itself, it's scary to come here, not to mention it's scary to eat here, it's scary to sit anywhere

My husband and I decided to take a trip for whoppers because I had rewards for a free one and the evening manager is capital T TRASH. Would not give me her name and told me to give her my address and she would mail it to me! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? She was unprofessional from the instant we walked in. Messed up my order by not using my rewards and blamed me! She called my husband “dude” and said he was trippin’ because he needed a receipt. How does this trash have a manager position? Long greasy brown hair glasses and looks about 60. I will be contacting corporate. Do not go to this location!! Unbelievable!! Never ever have I experienced such unprofessionalism. SMH…and out of onion rings!

If you want BK go to the one on hwy 6 in South haven. This place is the worst fast food establishment in our area.I haven't gone there in 2 years because or that. But today I made the mistake of going there.1. The woman taking my order was very rude.. not responding to my thank yous and have a nice day.. okay, that I can forgive. Cause I understand people have bad days..2. I only ordered a medium fry and a medium coke. The fries were hot but UNCOOKED and not edible. I should have asked for them to be replaced but instead i threw them away considering I got them for free through the app.My experience is very mild compared to others at this location. Spare yourself and go somewhere else.

I have ordered through their app so many times and 100% of the time they forget portions of my food. Today order a Ham egg and cheese croissantwich meal and a sausage bacon croissantwich. When I got my order they forgot the Ham croissantwich altogether. This happens all the time and it’s frustrating because how do you forget the combo sandwich? But when you try to bring it up in person they swear they put it in there every time. This is a repeat issue due to incompetence. Definitely don’t recommend this Burger King.

Never again. The person who took my order was rude, acted like every item I ordered was an inconvenience and definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. My receipt came out blank and I asked for another copy bc the price didn’t seem right, the rude person who took my order decided to say “if I could’ve gave you one I would but obviously we can’t” first off, I want to know what you charged me for and I would like to see what I’m paying for. They claim they have no ink at all in the whole store. No cup holders, long wait time and overall a bad job!!! Terrible workers, terrible management. Just ghetto.

Did not get a receipt either time. The first time, we ordered onion rings and didn't get any. Fish sandwich with lettuce and mayo came with pickles. Fine.No receipt to prove our order, so we had to pay again for the onion rings. We were given 5 onion rings out of spite.

anything fried is always old and dry place has gone downhill since 2010 it's not worth eating here unless you're only getting a burger or drink maybe fries.

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes- not one employee even acknowledged that I was there, much less did I get to place an order. This place is a complete joke. Not one customer inside- 2 cars in the drive thru, and couldn't get waited on. Will NEVER return to this

Ordered mushroom Swiss and whopper with Dr Pepper. Pop was flat fries where nasty whopper was gross and mushroom and Swiss bread was disgusting and hard take your money somewhere else I didn’t even bother going back to get a refund it was so bad this place will definitely close it was so bad I got in here to leave a review and I’m not the only one who thinks this place should be closed
