My favorite rib joint is Famous Dave's. You won't find better ribs. This place was pretty close. Ribs were large and tasty. We'd come here when we got a craving for ribs. Until now. Looks like they went under permanently. Had a feeling they would eventually when they meet out the food with tiny measuring sticks. Skimpy on portions. What we didn't need is one less good BBQ place. ☹️ This sucks.....

Ordered from doordash had a large order, one of the items was an 18 piece ribs told use there wasn't enough to make that order. So we had to decide for another item which was disappointing really was craving there ribs. I've worked in food and not having an item in a chain restaurant sort of doesn't exist expect if it's a grand opening. Otherwise you would prep enough for the day or you would order enough on the truck. If it was a timing thing for doordash where they had to make more I would have been much happier waiting longer to receive what I would like instead of compromising. Obviously with a courtesy call explaining to me that if would be longer.

They have some of the best food I've ever had!! And their prices are very reasonable- they're 2/$24 meal for two is an excellent deal for 2 people!!!! Each person gets to pick 2 meats and 2 sides with that deal and we have gotten it 3 times this week already. Not to mention their amazing barbecue sauce!!!! I'm completely addicted to Dickey's and you will be too!!!!!!

Tried for the first time and was very disappointed. Food was overpriced, small portions, and nothing special. Tacos are 2 dollars each and the tortillas can't be more than 3 inches in diameter. Literally have never seen a tortilla so small. Comes with maybe a tablespoon of bland meat maybe a half a teaspoon of cheese. Mac and cheese was gross the sauce was like watery. Sandwich was ok but I didn't feel like it was a sandwich I should be paying anywhere near $7.50 for. I got pulled pork, I wanted brisket but they were out of that among many other things. Waffle fries were ok but way too much salt on them. If there's a redeeming quality its that the bbq sauce (I got the sweet) was really delicious.

The manager Marie went above and beyond to make an order right because of an Uber issue. And I mean above! She hand delivered our food to make sure that we received our missing items. Her customer service stands out like a shining star! Dickey’s needs to have her training on customer service. She’s amazing and without question jumped in to make it right.

When I ordered my food it’s almost 2 hours to get to me so that’s the first no no! food game cold! When we got our food delivered my brisket was burnt it was like a piece of charcoal the macaroni had utterly no taste whatsoever! There is the weirdest cheese sauce used for the macaroni! nothing about this menu will ever make me come back to this establishment this was the worst food choice I could’ve ever made! Such a horrible decision

It was my first time trying Dickeys. I was greatly disappointed! The sandwich that cost $9 was the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger. The ribs were mainly made up of fat and bone....and they didnt even give us napkins or hand wipes! For the price, the quality of food, supplies, and packaging were junk. I'll never eat here again. Still wondering what I spent $50 on!!! Save your money...Texas Roadhouse has way better ribs...and they're half the price.
Omg food is amazing especially the westerner sandwich and creamed spinach service is amazing as well definitely a place to stop for great BBQ and sides

Went through the drive thru. Lady (child) taking my order was laughing the whole time so much I had repeat my order 3 times. How about we stop messing around when customers are around and do your job.

Despite unknowingly arriving close to closing time I was invited to eat inside the restaurant. The service was excellent with free pop refills and barbecue sauce. And of course the food was also spectacular. I also appreciated the slider options because I could sample different meats without filling up.

It was about 1 or 2p.m. and they said sorry we dont have any ribs um this is a bbq place right? I understand they could run out but the guy said its been a few days since they had some so i was like bye i guess phone first to make sure they have food there
