I went through drive thru and i had to repeat myself 5 times screaming into the speaker and she still didn’t understand what i said and when she finally repeated what i said they didn’t even give me the drink the way i ordered it it had no flavor in it at all and i asked for whipped cream and didn’t receive it.

I ordered a ice coffee and 2 orders of the hash browns in the drive through. My ice coffee tastes pretty good (a lil surprising) but when I bit into the hash-brown... it threw me off. They were all burnt, tasted nasty/old and salty. I wanted to go back so bad to get my money back or to get them remade, but I just thought to myself why would I do all that when I can just simply not buy the food there anymore and write a review to bring this to the attention of management so they can hopefully talk to their employees about selling Burnt food to customers. I have my food handlers certificate so I know this was very wrong of them. I recommend everyone to check your food before leaving!!!!

INDIAN MAN IS VERY RUDE I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT THIS IS BEYOND ITS MONTHS APART AND HE IS VERY VERY RUDE LAZY NEVER DOES HIS JOB AND ALWYS HAS AN ATTITUDE
Wish I could zero stars! This used to be a really good Dunkin it has definitely declined. You never get what you ask for and get an attitude when u question it. I’m convinced not one person there know how to make a coffee.

Service has definitely declined over the years I’ve been going here my whole life and everyone used to be so nice and actually made good coffee but now I get such nasty attitudes and my drinks are always just straight up coffee every time I go. My drinks should be sweet not straight up coffee. I’m done going here.

Donuts are constantly upside down in the bag and i think they do it on purpose. Everytime i come here the person in the window is rude as hell or just says nothing at all. On what planet is the customer the person who should be saying "thank you have a good one". Never go here if you have another option.
