I come here all the time and I'm starting to get really frustrated because every time I place a mobile order I have to repeat the entire order to whoever is working at the window. Every. Single. Time. The whole purpose of me placing a mobile order is so it is quicker, and I don't have this issue with other locations.

I didn't get anything because after standing inside at the counter for 5 minutes none of the staff working acknowledged my presence. When I finally asked them if they are not taking orders inside, they got uppity and said only after they got done with drive-thru orders. I told them that if they could have just told me that earlier, I would have gone and got in the Drive-Thru line. Instead, I left because they didn't need my business apparently.

I am still in disbelief at the unacceptable service we received at this Dunkin location this morning. While placing a 4 person order through the drive thru we were told we needed to hurry up as apparently there is a timer. We hadn’t even been there 2 minutes! As i tried to quickly finish our order the employee taking our order cut me off and told me she didn’t have to give me anymore time and was cancelling our order!! I didn’t know a paying customer had a 3 minute limit to place an order??? In the time she spent rushing and arguing with me we could have completed our order. I pulled around and placed my order inside and asked to speak with the manager only to be told it was the Manager who was as so terrible to me in the drive thru!!! I have never been talked to so poorly by a Dunkin employee, let alone it being the manager. If she talks to customers like this I can’t imagine how she treats her employees under her. I go to this Dunkin at least 3 times and week and after this experience I will not go back, I will drive out of my way to another location.

My kids wanted dunkin before going to school in Valparaiso, so I went to the dunkin this morning on rt 6 in Portage. I was charged over priced, I got the wrong order, and when I went in for them to correct it, they was talking about me. The one female that was there said in front of me, oh is that her... like if you got something to say to me, say it, don't be a little pansy. The service was rude, the Quality was poor, and the manager Tina thought it was funny. The way I see it, is if you are over 30+ and still work for dunkin, you shouldn't be laughing at someone who is 30+ ordering food from you. It just shows your true age. I will only order when Seana is present so I know I get the right food and accuracy next time. Thanks for the wonderful experience this morning with my children.

ZERO stars. This Dunkin' consistently serves swamp water. I mobile order from Dunkin' several times a week, so much that I can tell just by looking at the drink when it's made wrong. My drink is simple and always the same, yet this location can never get it right. The staff is rude and obnoxious and is pressed about being expected to do the job they get paid to do. Save yourself a headache and drive a couple extra minutes to the Central Ave location where the staff is always friendly, fast, and knows how to use the measurement indicators provided on the cup.

The food and coffee is consistently great every single time.The staff inside and in the drive-thru are professional and friendly.The drive-thru moves along fast, even in the busy early morning hours.I live 40 minutes away from this location and will pass two other Dunkin Donuts locations on the way there just so I can get my order from this great location.

It was extremely busy on Christmas Day! We appreciate they were open, they couldn't keep up with orders, ones placed after ours were done before a couple of us. After being asked a couple of times what we were waiting on did they finally do the one drink we were waiting on. We appreciate them being there for us that wanted coffee.
