This is my 5th time ordering here and the 3rd time messing my order up and I told the employee three times what was on it and I was the only one in there ordering, so you think it wouldn't get messed up

Stopped by while driving through town.Basically your typical Firehouse sub location.Lots of available parking.Clean, not busy.Service was nice.Hot topic, but I'm not a fan of fast food joints asking for tips.

This is my go to spot and I have always have excellent service and no complaints until tonight. I went in for a meal cause I didn't want to deal with cooking or my 120 pound dog. When arriving in the restaurant a couple had a cat on a leash inside to dine in. Employees were in awe with the animal. It is disgusting. I would be totally fine if it was a service dog that opened doors and picked things off the floor, not a pet that a someone thinks they need to take everywhere. I left in disgust.

Went in the evening around 830 Sunday. Ordered a large hero , mac/cheese and pickle on the side. Got home and only the sandwich was in the bag. The bread was so wet that you had to eat the sandwich with a fork. Very tasty but hard to eat!

Excellent subs. First time here, we were pleasantly surprised at how favorably these subs compared to other subways in the area.
The sandwiches here are fresh and delicious! We enjoyed the Firehouse Hero and Club on a Sub. I got a cup of chili to try and enjoyed it as well. We will definitely be back!
