Alright, so a feature in the JJ's app is that you can schedule a time in which to pick up your order. I chose a pickup time of 1:30p - 1:45p. I get a text 25 - 30 mins beore my pickup time telling me my order is ready to pick up! My order sits on a self for a half-hour before I'm even ready to pick it up to eat. The receipt clearly states "DELAY! Ready at 1:30pm."This has happened at the Hobart & Portage locations! I don't know if they can't read or just don't care.Another pet peave of mine is people who don't take the time to park right and take up two spaces. The JJ's delivery driver didn't seem to care (see pic). If you can't take the time to park correctly, who knows how you are driving out there on the road trying to be "Freaky Fast!"

The food is fresh. The order taker? Not so much. Ordered a #11. They labeled two of the sandwiches wrong and forgot a fourth sandwich! When I called Candice, the supposed manager hung up on me. Then while trying to get my information she blamed me for the mix up.No Candice. Look at the package. You guys mislabeled two sandwiches. Luckily, one person didn't mind eating the wrong sandwich.AND, smooth move Candice...she asked for the other sandwich back, classy. ??No, I apologies, just give me the other sandwich back. Lol. SMH

So I went it and I asked for a big 18inch for my dad for his lunch and they gave me a 8inch so I went back in and they where just completely rude and I felt very judged and out of place. 0/10 would not recommend this store.

As a former Jimmy John’s employee of multiple stores, I didn’t know it was possible for staff to move this slowly. There were at least 20 people waiting for their orders, and the leisure with which the four girls on the line were taking was honestly impressive. To be that oblivious and carefree like the whole team is at their own picnic while they have a packed store was a once-in-a-lifetime sight to see. Go here if you enjoy being puzzled or shocked, but not if you have anywhere to be the next day.
