Food was good. Have kids running the place that seem to have no idea what they are doing most of the time. This lead to them giving out what should have been your order to other people. So then you have to wait another 15 minutes or more for them to make another one.

So, the manager at the Portage Little Caesar’s recently asked me to start leaving reviews of her store, and to be truthful about it. I’m a Door Dasher, so timeliness, cleanliness, and good attitude are the biggies to me, and getting the order correct. Today is my first review forthem. I had a pick up of 9 items. The young lady at the counter was pleasant, friendly, and polite. The store was clean. It was about 5-7 minutes before my commitment time to pick up, but the order was already in the warming/pick up kiosk. I was quite pleased with this pick up. I cannot rate the food because I deliver it, I don’t get eat or taste test it.?

I realize the dinner hour is very busy, however it was 1/2 hour wait, no big deal I have no problem waiting on a well pizza. Only problem it wasn't well done. ???♀️

Ordered the new combo sticks and slices was told 10 minutes, 1/2 later we were given a cold order after requesting a new ? order was told this was our order. Take it or leave it.
Everyone there was so nice and helpful they didn't ignore customers they actually were waiting on us

The sign by the door and Google said they were open until 10pm yet when I went to get some food they were already closed. It is not a holiday and there was no sign on the door explaining why they closed early. Rude if you ask

We placed an order at Little Caesars in Portage on New Years Eve. The doordash delivery driver lied and said the pizzas were delivered and Little Caesars would not answer their phones. I understand it being a busy night but they continued to play with their phones, and that was the 2nd annoying thing about the horrible situation. My children were hungry and we have to get a refund in 7-10 business days. I didn't pay for my food in 7-10 business days. The service sucks!
