Came here for breakfast a week ago and bit into something gross in my sausage McMuffin. Don't know what it was, it was juicy and very acidic, left a real bad taste in my mouth, spit it out and threw it away. Not sure I'll ever be back.

Went through the drive through and got my sandwiches plain with only cheese and as soon as I pulled off.I checked the sandwiches they had lettuce and Mayonnaise on them. Went in the store and asked for the correct sandwiches,. Waited almost fifteen minutes, no good still. But the runner took the food that I brought back opened and touched and put it on another person's plate. He seen that and asked for new sandwiches, but then they put it back and then put it on his plate yet again. Then I wanted a refund because it was taking an extremely long time. One of the girls said oh my god is somebody complaining. I heard other employees dropping the f.Bomb left and right. do they not know we can hear them from 4 feet away. Then when another employee brought me back. My refund from the manager who was too busy to come up and talk to me. Gave me the wrong refund amount. Because I added cheese to my sandwiches.And they didn't refund me the extra eighty nine percent per sandwich. None of the employees were helpful.Nobody was welcoming, apologetic or had a smile on their face.Only complaining and being extremely rude. This experience was absolutely appalling.

Excellent work on our breakfast, one of the best McGriddles I’ve ever had. Iced coffee with light caramel syrup was also perfectly balanced.

Ordered 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 nuggets 3 mcflurries. Paid almost 60 dollars only for a ride woman to tell me to pull forward for all of the order as nothing was premade. Multiple cars have come and gone with their food as we sit here waiting. I guess no one told the employees what fast food is supposed to mean. Hopefully the food is good as I haven't gotten any of it yet.
Shake machine is always broke at night when I know people who work there and say they don't want to have to clean it again before close. Other than that everyone looks miserable.

The floors in this place are disgusting. My friend and I both slipped and nearly fell because it’s so greasy, throughout the restaurant. You could see footprints in the grease and you guys are going to have a lawsuit on your hands if it continues to stay that way and somebody does fall. So gross. I don’t necessarily recommend any of your dishes, I recommend you clean your floor!
