This is consistently the worse mcdonalds I ever go to. Food is always borderline stale like it's been sitting in the heating cabinet forever. I order only one or two items and it's missing toppings probably because they're rushing and don't care about all the bigger orders. I've worked fast food. It can't be that hard to mess up a small simple order repeatedly.

One too many children work up in that place with no real customer service training skills or even common sense. Now I do not fault McDonald's general manager cuz she did come out to speak to me but they had the nerve the children to pass my great niece kids meal with the Box ripped on one side and chewed up like a rat was chewed in it on the other side. I said something and the boy laughed he laughed. That's why I should speak to the manager which was a Caucasian woman that came out she didn't want to solve the issues so she went and got a general manager which she spoke to me. Now she didn't offer to refund me or even offered to redo my great nieces meal but he did say she has problem with the young crowd but they're the only ones that want to work in the evenings. You need to help this general manager get better Staffing because that McDonald's was terrible. I threw away my great nieces food and lost money in the process. Terrible customer service from the staff terrible quality of food and hell I think they got rats or mice

This place is absolutely annoying, there's always a bunch of kids playing around with the workers & the worker's are always goofing around with them & the girl with the blue & pink short hair who worked the drive through 1st. window was TOTALLY IGNORANT AND RUDE!!!! SHE NEEDS A BETTER ATTITUDE!!!!

Went in for breakfast. Total chaos. Only 1 person at the register. She kept leaving and taking food outside to the customers ordering at the window. A child throw up by the registers and going to the bathroom. By the time we finish our food, the mess was still not cleaned up, and customers were having to step over it all. Ridiculous.
Absolutely terrible service at this branch. They don't have cups for the ketchup and got my fiance's order wrong. Do not go to this McDonald's. It absolutely sucks!

Ive never left reviews, but its just so bad.But they take forever to even speak on the speaker, we had to wait forever for some nuggets, they forgot to put spicy sauce on a spicy sandwich, bread was burnt.its a mess.

What a train wreck of a McDonald's. Normally when I hit the drive through first thing in the morning for a breakfast sandwich I don't have any problems, but this evening I went in to place my order. Kids working have absolutely no "customer service" No hello, can I take your order, nothing, just a blank stare while he's listening to his air pods. Place the order, wait 13 minutes for somebody to come up and ask what my order was. Thank god I saved the receipt. Get my order, the bag looks like it's been through hell and back, my wife's burger was almost completely unwrapped. Didn't even feel safe eating the food.
