Placed an online order. Order was not ready or even close to ready at pickup. Food was terrible - all tasted old and chemicalized? And the portions were so puny. We got food here because we were in the area to visit the beaches and I will not return to this Panda. It was by far the worst Panda I've ever had and my daughter and her friend agreed.

Worse experience ever. Ordered online 455, got there at 5:20. 6:10 PM still do not have my food for no white rice. Just about an hour to wait for, yes, just white rice. Wow is all I can say.

I've been sick with a cold from being out in the recent frigid temperatures.I was moody at the drive thru .The staff was so kind to me.I wish everyone would be kind like that.The food is just perfect for someone feeling down and under the weather. The crab rangoons and applie pie egg rolls were so tasty! Chicken with mushrooms is lower in calories, so eating the rangoons and egg roll didn't seem too bad (calorie wise).

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 10 for pickup. I had to wait over an hour for it to be ready. If the food will not be ready until 11 then you should not open until 11. This is horrible customer service

I'm sitting here in wally world parking lot across the street from this Portage Panda Express. I was just looking to Google the hours of this location to verify they are open and noticed all the negative reviews. I've been craving Panda for about a month now and guess I will continue to crave it because I'm not going to patronize this Panda based solely on the reviews. Thank you to the locals, you're the REAL MVP's.Hopefully the owner starts to get wise before they run it into the ground.
