I had a pick up order that was promised for 5:50 pm pickup. I was there by 5:55. They said the delivery driver took my order and I should wait. Excuse me? Could they have made two new pizzas? No, they said I could wait. It wasn't until 6:15 that our order arrived. If my son hadn't been with me and didn't care about pizza, I would have thrown a bigger fit, asked for my money back and left the pizzas. This was really ridiculous.Zero stars.

I’ve always have had great take out and dining in experiences here. Pizza is always fresh and the people that work there are incredibly friendly even in drive thru for take out.

My family and I went on, 11/27 for dinner. We were the only ones in the restaurant! It was quiet, not crowded. The restaurant was clean. Our food waitress was very nice. She kept our drinks full, our dinner was free and hot. We didn't have to wait long which was even better. My kids loved their pizza!
The older guy who served us was amazing. One of the best expirences we had there.

First off, why on earth would you choose Pizza Hut over all of the other fantastic pizza joints in Portage. Secondly, this is probably the most overrated, overpriced pizza place I’ve ever been to. Pizza Hut used to be the go-to spot for so many years. It has since gone so far down hill, I’m not sure if they’ll recover. Super overpriced for a small amount of pizza. Let alone the delivery took ridiculously long for no reason. So our pizza came cold. I’ve had better frozen pizzas than Pizza Hut. Please reconsider somewhere else for way better price, quality pizza.
