“We ordered Buffalo Wild Wings tonight via DoorDash. Our order came incorrect for the 3rd time, however, the problem lies with DoorDash and not the Portage Buffalo Wild Wings location. My reasoning for my five star review is strictly to commend their manager Paul for such genuine patience and understanding in trying to rectify the mistakes. The food that did come correct was delicious. I also advise that anyone who orders a specialized food order, to NOT USE DoorDash, or if you have too, call the Buffalo Wild Wings location directly after ordering to confirm that your order is understood.“
“Steak wasn't right but got one back that was ??. Service was cool, although she overplayed her "no holds barred" approach that one of my friends held her to. Food was great, so was dessert. Drinks were good but could use more alcohol, of course. Overall, left stuffed and satisfied.“

“4pm on a Wednesday my wife and i ate at craft house.I had a bowl of chili, which was very hearty with lots of meat. The flavor was good, but nothing special. My wife had a cup of French onion soup she said it was good. We both had the yellow perch dinner. Our plates were delivered quickly and piled high with thick meaty fillets and side winder fries. All were cooked just right. The side of Cole slaw was very good. We had enough food left over for another meal. Our 2 soups 2 meals and 2 waters $57. We will be back.“

“We love this place! Deviled eggs, pierogis and the noodles and cabbage are only some of our favorite things. Cant really go wrong with anything on the menu. What's even better than the food is the customer service. Doug went above and beyond to see if they had pierogis to make for my daughter. Thank you again!!“
“We ordered lunch at the office and they accidentally left out a part of our order. I called and just asked them to put it back on the card. A few minutes later, a woman dropped off our item! That is great customer service. They are a favorite at the office!“
