We don’t visit Subway often, so it was rather refreshing to have lunch there with these 3 young men working. They were polite, friendly and definitely attentive to the customers and cleaning. The environment was clean with open space. Not sure if the inside of the store was updated recently, but it was nice for a Subway.Whoever the owner is needs to give these boys a token of appreciation for doing exactly what they were supposed to be doing. We visited on 8/12/23 between 2:30-3pm.

Not so good. Lettuce, I said no, thank you. Looked old and rusty. Jalapeños looked 10 days sitting out. Spinach was good. 10 bucks .Rather go to Jersey Mike's. More meats for sure.

Usually this location is on point. But the last two times I didn't receive cheese on my sub. I addressed the issue with the manager and issue solved. That's why I continue to go to this location. Customer satisfaction is #1 at the Portage Indiana location on Willow Creek. Keep up the great work Team Subway!?
