Went for our 23rd anniversary dinner. Server was amazing, The ribeye was full of gristle. After having to spit out half the steak I complained. Manager was about 20 years old and kept telling us that good steaks are full of "marbling". Ive run kitchens, there is a huge difference. She took $5 off our $82 bill. We go there for every happy occasion. Definitely looking for a new go-to place just because of the lack of knowledge the "manager" showed.

Usually one of my favorite spots, tonight, not so much. The server was good, but apparently there was new help in the kitchen and besides a VERY long wait for my food, the steak was extremely overcooked and the shrimp were room temperature at best. Didnt have time to wait for another steak to be prepared after the extended time for the first one. Hopefully a one time occurrence

Everything was very good as usual. Fast service food came fast. Got there at 8:30 on a Thursday night and got right in and seated.
Waited almost 10 minutes before someone even came and greeted me at the table. Once my server brought me my appetizer, I never seen her again. I couldn’t get a refill on my water. No one asked me how my dinner was very disappointing. I paid my bill from the kiosk And left. My server had no clue that I even left. I understand if it was a little bit busier just disappointing for Texas roadhouse

Been going here for years. Only have had one bad experience where steaks where all cooked incorrectly.Parking: There's an overflow lot to the north, which accommodates even the busiest crowds.Wheelchair accessibility: No issues with accessibility, however there are a lot of step up booths which may limit wheelchair seating availability.

Food was good, not super great, just good. Service was wonderful and always love the atmosphere. Bread was wonderful as ever.Kid-friendliness: They always have kids menus for little ones with great apple sauce and bread that my grandson says is the best.
Went out to dinner with the MIL. Ordered steak dinners, I'm a well done and she's a medium. Well hers was well done. Sent it back the manager brought out a rare steak 15 minutes later, so she asked it be cooked a bit longer... 10 minutes later it comes back just a rare as it was the first time... she was displeased but by this point I've finished my entire meal so she says fine manager doesn't apologize or try to fix the issue... He just walked away... Tre the manager needs more training or maybe a new position because he left a bad taste in my mouth for how Texas Roadhouse treats their customers when the kitchen can't figure out how to cook a steak correctly... As for the server Iesha... she was on point with everything and put up more of a fight with the kitchen than Tre...the one who's suppose to be correcting the mistakes...
