This place is freaking joke. There nothing on the shelves when you go to shop there. They remodeled their store. Looks nice. But they should have took that money and used it to train their employees to better and not to be rude. Or give their employees better benefits so they can take better care of themselves. BAKERY DOES NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. specifically asked for a cake saying "congrats on beating teen pregnancy" for my 20th bday lol instead of writing what was asked they wrote whatever they felt would fit on the cake. wouldn't recommend to anyone ever

The bakery done an outstanding job on my daughter's birthday cake. I went in with a picture from my phone showing them what we wanted and they had no problems accommodating our request. Very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back. Many many thanks to the wonderful bakery associates at the Portage location. ??
