2nd time I've come after 9pm. They ask me to pull up in the mobile parking to wait for my order. 15 min each time to bring out a single sandwich is Ludacris. Especially when ordered in the app 10 minute prior to arriving!

There are A LOT cars in line. They literally taking one car order at a time and don’t take the next car until the car in front of them receives their food. It’s ridiculous what resturants would do to try to make their “time performance” great for corporate at the expense of making people waste their time. Was in line for 20 mins. And no I was not the last car in line that’s the crazy part of it .

Wendy's are pretty much the same everywhere. This one was very clean. The service was very fast and the food was good. In my case, a Dave's single combo. And the biggest plus of all when ordering and dining in. A person taking your order. The Golden Arches can have their kiosks, but they won't have me.

Came through drive thru, I heavy set lady with glasses, the manager? Was so rude.. I ordered 3 biggie bags for my kids... I was rush...I wanted my burgers plain....did I get that? No.. I wanted to upgrade the size.. but I couldn't do that because I was rushed. Had to pull up to wait for cold food! Had drinks no straws, had nuggets no sauce! Very disappointed.Please train your staff, I shouldn't be rushed, I should be thanked!

Food is a hit or miss but the manager is awesome. He's very welcoming. My husband goes there alot and he recognizes my husband and has most of his order memorized.

Good food, crappie service. This is the second time I ordered delivery straight from the app and they forgot a sandwich. First time I had to go get the sandwich. Second time I got a $5 credit from corporate. I guess I just expect to much from people, but it's not that hard to get the order correct.

Check your order before leaving. I placed a mobile order (no miscommunication there) for chicken nuggets and baconator fries. Got home and had the baconator fries and another order of fries. Tried to call and there was no answer.
