My Dark Knight

Despite no one being inline infront of me, it still took more than 10 minutes for anyone to come to the cash register. Then another 15 to get the food. Severely understaffed. Whatever happened to “fast food”?

I was standing in line BEFORE 11:00 AM to order breakfast. When it became my turn to order, the older, short woman who works there, changed the sign over to lunch. I asked if they were not still serving breakfast and she said the guy that was before was the last one. I walked off, had time to pick something for breakfast from Pilot AND make myself a drink from the soda fountain. When I got the the Pilot rehearsal to check out, it was 11:01 AM. I've never had Taco Bell breakfast before and that was the sole reason I stopped at this pilot! Breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, and not 10:57 AM, nor 10:58 AM, nor 10:59 AM. If I had time to go do all of what I said I did, before 11:00 AM, I should've been served breakfast! Poor, POOR, customer service! She even took the time to flip the signs BEFORE SHE HELPED ME!!

We were helped by Ryan, He took our order, and that right Ryan did take the we wanted it. I ordered the chicken chilupa deluxe box, and it doesn't come with a drink. My wife ordered the double cheesy beef burrito meal, and that does come with the drink, and Ryan handed it to my wife. No problem up to this point, but when they gave us our food, it was wrong. So I asked them to make it right either give me my money back or give me the food. Their reply was that they told me to get out of the building. I will not e leave without my money now. The manager, Amanda, came out and started telling me to stop being rude. And to get out, but at this time, I have not gotten my money back. So Amanda said she would be back, but she went to call the police on me, and they showed up. "WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS" They did nothing or where there was nothing they could do..... If there was anything else I could do about this place, I surely would, but I would ask if everybody would just stay away from it. And save yourself to headache. The owners of this Taco Bell should FIRE these to people as fast as possible before they lose their business.

First off they Messed the order up. Didn't put meat in the burrito supreme, didn't add the meat I was charged for on the potato taco I ordered.. and the food was cold. All of it, fries were ice cold, burritos was ice cold and the potatoes in the taco were cold and hard. Most displeasing experience ever at a taco

Noah was great!! He was very nice and professional. I wasn’t gonna rave get anything because I wanted fresh food, he insisted that I should and I did! The tacos looked like the commercial and the fries were hot and fresh!! Thanks for the great experience!!

Decided to try some of the vegan options. As we stumbled through the many options the female cashier took a moment to explain the options to us newbies. Her positive attitude, helpful demeanor and friendliness has made us big fans of vegan options at Taco Bell! And we really enjoyed our food. The cook also came out to verify and offer guacamole. They have a big sign that says breakfast served till 11am. The cashier told me that they aren't serving breakfast and it was 10 am. So they should take the sign down bc it's false advertising.
