Bleh ..... Made my order wrong. Barely any sauce on the wings, both our cups were dirty, asked for more sauce.... Got the wrong sauce (didn't notice until I had already added it to the wings, so ruined my entire plate). Very very small wings.Service was brief and minimum but friendly.If you're going just skip the wings, they are a joke. Get the street tacos.

We were passing by on a road trip. And decided to pull over to Culver’s but then we saw the BWW sign and changed our mind. The service was very good. “Nahjae” took excellent care of us. And the wife was very happy with her wings. We will definitely stop by next time.

Celebrated my husband's birthday early with dinner. Tried the new bourbon bbq sauce. It tastes just like bourbon, so if that's your thing, you'll love it! As for me, not a fan. But I also got Asian zing, a classic spicy bdubs sauce that I love.

Have never found the food to be great but received a gift card. I was very pleased we could try the sauces we were considering before ordering. The fries were okay, not very crispy. The pickle chips were sour, stuck together and not crispy. The sauced wings we had were good but the dry rub wings had the rub dumped on top when plated vs shaken and coated evenly.We got half way through when I spotted the hair encrusted within my husband's dry rub wings. ? instinctively I dropped it on the ground.When he told the waitress she didn't apologize, just said okay and got our receipt. When she returned I asked about discounting his food because it had a hair in it. She said our wings don't have breading, I told her he misspoken but it was encrusted in the dry rub, picked the hair up off the floor, noted that it was significantly too short to be my hair and had the rub crusted to it. She stated she had to show the kitchen something so they could discount it. They took half off his wings.Such an odd policy, poor customer service and mediocre hairy food.
Always a great place, just wish some people will pay more attention when. Guest are there! But that's all the time, right!?!It could have been an isolated incident, but I had to hunt down a server 3 times in one trip. But overall, I will go back.

Pros: accommodating managementCons:We ordered iced tea (terrible)Got Mt Dew and Dr. Pepper insteadFood order...all American burger no tomato and it came with fries.The fries were overseasoned and it poured over to the burger and we had to have it redone.Got fries without seasoning, but, messed up on burger, it had tomato, they didn't remake itAt least my traditional bourbon bbq wings were very goodOrdered celery and carrots(celery but no carrots)A few minutes after getting our food, we felt rushed to get our bill and pay(wasn't ready)After that, I hardly saw her after thatI even had to get my own refill, and after we finished, we waited 30 to 45 minutes to pay.It looks like kitchen staff and the server need a refresher training courseI told the manager that this is one of the worst BWW we've been to.Very disappointed

1 star review, because the fries I got were way over seasoned to the point where I couldn't even eat my burger and then when they remade the burger it came out with tomato on it when I said no tomato. Not to mention the sweet tea that tasted funny for starters. My girlfriend got up and got her own refill because we were waiting forever for service and then a half hour plus waiting to pay for the bill Other than that I would put this at 5 stars

Had my order returned 3 times cause of little to no sauce, by the 3rd time the food was cold of course. Manager said I watched them make new ones well I don't see how. Just an all around bad experience again at this place. Last time I will ever come here. Had a lady complain about the same thing next to me and a hand full of other people did to, at the take out line.
