Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff phoned it in more than 3 hours before closing and sent my delivery order out the door, bottom of the bowls showing, with no proteins and no fajitas because they didn’t feel like making more. Nobody answered the phone, and the online support was down so I went up there to have it remade. $42 order with rewards points for 2 bowls and chips, and this is what they brought me 75 minutes later. The staff thought it was funny. I’m not laughing.

Walked waited in line to order. 1 person slower than molasses. 2 doing nothing till a order came in online. So she worked on them finally when the 1 got to us. We’re out of all rice. Guess the wasn’t making more even though they still had 30 min to be open. Not sure what the 2nd was going to do. Because she still had another bowl to make. Piss poor management if your open till 10. What was they going to do if someone order online and paid for it. Call them and say we’re out of rice. I wouldn’t recommend this one.

I've been there twice. The first time was ok, but the food looked like it had been in the steam table for a week. The second time was worse, and there were about ten employees standing behind the counter like it was an episode of The Dating Game. I stood there for seven minutes before they finished flirting and waited on me. There are far better restaurants in town, pick one of them.
I got the Carne Asada bowl with Gwakamoli. It was ok. Nothing much to write home about. For what I got, it was certainly expensive.
